MyHealthAccess has a feature where messages can be sent to the clinic. This feature is secure.
It may only be used for administrative purposes. No medical questions will be answered - please book a phone appointment for medical concerns.
To access this feature, go to the MyHealthAccess app on your device or open the MyHealthAccess website on your browser. Once you logged in, look for the My Messages button. You will see a purple circle with a pencil icon - by clicking on this icon, you can write a message and send it to the clinic.
